What does your study need?
Use one service or several. They all run under the same agreement, with one contact person at RecQ for the whole study.
Internal CRAs
Monitoring
Site initiation, monitoring and close-out across the Nordics and five more European countries. A CRA usually starts within a week.
Start-up specialists
Submissions
Ethics committee, Fimea and CTIS submissions for medicinal product, device and IVD studies.
Our own team
Permits and site agreements
Research permits and site agreement negotiations with hospitals in Finland and the other Nordic countries.
Study managers
Project and study management
One person who leads the study for you, in your SOPs and systems or in ours.
Study nurses
Study nurses at the site
More than 20 study nurses across Finland, also for regions that are hard to staff.
Nordic languages
Translations
Trial documents in every Nordic language, written the way the Nordic authorities accept them.
Local logistics
Logistics and supplies
Transport of study materials and supplies, and travel arrangements for participants.
Archiving
Archiving
Trial documentation kept after close-out for as long as the regulations require, for example 25 years.
Something not on this list? Many hurdles are country-specific. See all services or tell us what stands in the way.
One team, many skillsets
Internal CRAs and start-up specialists, project and study managers, more than 20 study nurses, Nordic-language translators, local logistics and archiving. You use what the study needs and nothing else.
We do the work ourselves
RecQ is led by Rekaut Naderipour, Pharmaca’s CRA of the Year 2023 and a GCP trainer who still monitors and manages studies himself. The CRAs you see on our About page are the ones who visit your sites.
You pay for hours worked
We invoice the hours actually worked under one master service agreement, never a block of FTE hours. We look after the consultants’ contracts, tax and legal requirements in each country.
What happens after you contact us
You send us the outline: phase, indication, countries and timeline.
We reply by the next working day and go through the protocol and the needs of the sites with you on a call.
You get a proposal: the people we suggest, their experience in similar studies, and the price.
You meet the people before you decide.
One agreement covers the work. We handle the consultants’ contracts, tax and legal requirements.
One contact at RecQ stays with the study for the whole assignment, for you and for the CRA.
Planning a study in Finland or the Nordics?
Send us the phase, indication, countries and timeline. We reply by the next working day at the latest.
“The cooperation has been excellent: the people at RecQ Clinical are competent, professional, friendly and calm.”
